I am a lifestyle coach for moms, a self-care strategist, and a professional hair and makeup artist. I founded The Mac House Co., The Confidence Beauty Bar and I am the host of The Unfiltered Motherhood Podcast.

Through my educational platform, I help women prioritize self-care daily - without the mom guilt. I am passionate about helping women take care of themselves in the midst of a selfless season of life and truly learn to thrive in all areas.

The Mac House Co Team’s mission + vision is to change the culture of homes by focusing on the mom’s mental health, physical health, and emotional wellbeing. We create this change by creating simple yet effective tools and strategies for moms to implement that will have an instant and lasting impact.
