We are in a pandemic, everyone is still home, we have no idea what is going on with the world, politics are horrendous and life is just hard. So what habits can you put in place to support your mental health?
In this episode I am sharing with you 10 different things I did in 2020 that improved my mental health. If you were following along with me on social media, as it got closer to the end of the year, I was feeling more and more burnt out. For me that’s a major indicator that my check engine light is on and I need to make some adjustments.
I took the last two months off of social media, and used that time to invest back in myself. The return on my quality of life paid dividends, and I want you mamas to know how important it is to pay attention to when we are feeling that way and what we can do about it.
