55. How to Become a Morning Person Even as a Mom
Do you have the desire to get up in the mornings, but feel that you’re struggling with how to make that happen?
If you feel this way, I want you to know you’re not alone, Mama. I am not naturally a morning person, but there are absolutely seasons where I have found that it benefits me to get up earlier than the rest of my family and kick start my day. Just because I feel the desire to do so though doesn’t mean that it’s easy to make that happen.
Today I am sharing what I’ve implemented in the seasons that I’ve made the intentional decision to get up early. There’s not a magic switch that will make this happen, and we don’t have to be perfect, but there are absolutely tools that we can use to make this process easier to ultimately make our lives more streamlined.
